This link for Static 99 is to the Department of Mental Health’s website SARATSO page. Under the "What’s New" section are all of the revised documents necessary for administering the STATIC-99, including the revised scoring sheet, the Facts of Offense form and guidelines, and both the short and long paragraphs to be included in the presentence report. NOTE: the short and long paragraphs have been developed by DOJ and we have been advised that they should NOT be altered in any way.
