the STATIC-99, including the revised scoring sheet, the Facts of Offense form
and guidelines, and both the short and long paragraphs to be included in the
presentence report. NOTE: the short and long paragraphs have been developed
by DOJ and we have been advised that they should NOT be altered in any way.
