This webinar provided by Bay Area Legal Aid will provide an overview of the requirements of both county probation and child welfare departments to screen youth for SSI disability benefits and provide application assistance and representation.  This webinar will also address best practices of screening for SSI eligibility and how to best advocate for probation-involved youth who are eligible for SSI or other disability benefits.  

This course is intended for all probation staff.
