This self-paced training provides an overview of the origins of the Peace Officer Bill of Rights Act. The introductory session focuses on the origins, various provisions and application of the Act, including policy objectives, procedural requirements, and remedies for violations of the Act. Emphasis is on taking the time to get things right in the first instance.
