Recent case law: In re M.B.
Attached is a recently released First Appellate District court published decision dealing with WIC 875 proceedings. In the ruling, the appellate court does the following: 

1. affirms that precommitment credits apply to the maximum term of confinement and not the baseline term; 
2. allows that commitment orders to an SYTF via WIC 875 may be modified after the fact under provisions outlined in WIC 775 if the court later determines/believes errors need to be corrected and properly notices interested parties.
