Felony Sentencing after Realignment is an 7-hour course. This course will provide an overview of the fundamentals of Sentencing under PC 1170(h), Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS), Parole Supervision and New Prop 36.

Total Due: $115 per person ($87.50 STC Tuition + $27.50 Registration Fee)
