California’s Continuum of Care Reform (CCR) was accompanied by several different funding streams that counties can access to support CCR implementation. In order to most efficiently leverage these funds, both fiscal and program staff need to understand how they can and cannot be used. This four-hour webinar, taught by experts from county probation and the state, will provide a detailed overview of the CCR funding streams along with strategies to maximize these resources. Among the topics to be covered: an overview of relevant terminology; a summary of County Fiscal Letters (CFLs), including a review of any changes for the current fiscal year; examples of allowable and non-allowable claiming for each of the funding streams; case studies and best practices, a review of county expenditures and allocations, and a chance to ask questions and share ideas. This training will be useful for both program and fiscal staff.
