Please note this is a refresher course. This training is an overview and skills practice of the CWS/CMS functionality that relates to the data fields needed to document probation placement outcome data for state and federal government. This course will focus on the state and federal field documentation requirements specific to Probation officers working with youth in placement. This training is a refresher course and includes all the state and federal mandates of the one-day new user course without the introduction to navigation of the system and the tutorial of the Safe Measures compliance tool.

Note: This class does not cover Day 2 data entry for placements and creating cases. Users that need this training will need to attend day 2 of the new user training.

This course takes six hours to complete.
