This module will present practical steps and considerations that will guide youth justice professionals in developing the Individual Rehabilitation Plan. Participants will learn how to incorporate formal and informal assessments and input from youth, families and multidisciplinary partners into the IRP. Participants will learn about comprehensive behavioral health screening approaches, inclusive of trauma, mental health, and substance use to inform a comprehensive and targeted IRP.
