Inyo County Probation Celebrates Staff During Probation Services Week
INYO COUNTY, Calif., — To commemorate Probation Services week, Chief Jeffrey Thomson prepared a pancake and sausage breakfast for staff, clients, and visitors.
In addition, probation staff celebrated the beginning of Probation Services Week with a picnic, water balloon and water blaster battle, competitive cornhole matches, and frisbee golf at the Millpond Recreation area.
The week of July 20–26, 2025, is known as “Pretrial, Probation, and Parole Supervision Week” to recognize the vital role of community corrections professionals in promoting safety, rehabilitation, and second chances.
Inyo County Probation Departments tireless efforts to build safer, stronger communities are greatly appreciated. From the Eastern Sierra peaks to the desert valleys, they perform critical work with integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment.
The Inyo County Probation Department’s Executive Team said,
