Correctional Health Treatment Centers, Inc. (CHTC) is a non-profit, community-based organization serving solely justice involved individuals, both incarcerated and within the community, with medical, behavioral health, and reentry/social services throughout California. Join us for this statewide training conference focused on the challenging yet rewarding work probation does every day – protecting communities while creating real pathways for people to change.
Today’s probation goes beyond checklists and compliance. It is smart accountability, meaningful rehabilitation, and lasting public safety. Much of this impact happens behind the headlines: in crimes prevented, lives redirected, victims spared, and safer communities. This conference is an opportunity to elevate the profession beyond the day-to-day tasks and recognizing the broader impact probation has on individuals, communities, and public safety. Attendees will also have opportunities to network and learn about strategies that support the wellness, resilience, and professional growth of probation professionals themselves.
