FAMILY FIRST PREVENTION SERVICES ACT (FFPSA) PART IV: AFTERCARE SERVICES FOR FOSTER YOUTH
The statewide requirements and vision for FFPSA Part IV Aftercare and Wraparound will be discussed, as well as the cross-system efforts to co-create and operationalize these requirements and high-fidelity wraparound in California. San Francisco and Riverside County Probation Departments will share their current aftercare programs and challenges they have encountered. Resources will be shared that will assist counties in the planning to level-up wraparound programs to meet the FFPSA Part IV aftercare and high-fidelity wraparound goals and requirements.
