Paxton/Patterson partners with school districts across the country to create hands-on, career-connected learning experiences that help students discover their interests and aptitudes before making decisions about high school pathways, postsecondary education, and careers. Our programs range from Career Discovery Labs for early career awareness to College & Career Ready Labs, along with more focused programs in areas such as Construction and Health Science. The turnkey model combines curriculum, hands-on equipment, professional development, and ongoing support, allowing districts to expose students to a broad range of careers without needing a subject-matter expert for each area.
