RDA’s Justice Practice prioritizes community engagement to elevate the voices of those most impacted by public systems. We partner with clients to improve programs and services to reduce adult and juvenile system engagement and recidivism. Our work is equity-centered and evidence-based and we offer a full range of consulting services including evaluation, technical assistance, community outreach and engagement, assessment tool validation, strategic planning, training, meeting facilitation, and grant searching and writing.
