This session will focus on the pivotal role of leadership in succession planning and organizational growth. Participants will engage with critical topics such as recruitment strategies, hiring practices, promotion pathways, employee retention, and the cultivation of a strong organizational culture.

 Through interactive discussions, attendees will examine methods to prepare their teams for future leadership roles, ensuring these efforts align with the department’s mission and vision. The session will include roundtable sessions, allowing participants to share insights and experiences while collaborating on practical solutions to common challenges in leadership and management.   

Note: Only Attendees that have completed CPOCF’s Seconds in Command Leadership Academy are eligible to attend this training.
