This booster training is designed to provide the latest insights into both historical and emerging issues in California probation, while equipping participants to effectively navigate obstacles and anticipate future challenges.

The upcoming session will include leadership simulation exercises focused on organizational change, budgeting, and legislative impacts, among other areas. These activities are designed to mirror real-world workplace scenarios, requiring participants to assess information, make timely decisions, collaborate with peers, and respond to evolving conditions.
