Nationally renowned trauma expert, Dr. Isaiah Pickens, will provide a four-hour interactive virtual training for probation staff and STRTP providers on trauma-informed approaches for youth in placement.  Each training session is customized to address the needs specific to youth from that CPOC region.  Topics will include understanding complex trauma, trauma-informed tools for engaging youth and their families, and recognizing and responding to triggers.  Capacity is limited.
