This 90-minute webinar will provide a high-level overview of the CPOC Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP) Tips document. The goal is for participants to leave the webinar with a better understanding of the referral and admissions process, what should happen when an STRTP receives a referral packet, and the steps that can be taken to preserve existing placements. Additionally, the webinar will cover how to ensure that specialty mental health services (SMHS) are provided to youth placed in a provisionally licensed STRTP. This webinar is targeted for all those working in juvenile placement.
