Maria McKee
Maria McKee is the Director of Grants, Analytics, and Planning at the San Francisco Juvenile Probation Department (JPD), where she leads data-driven policy development and justice system transformation efforts grounded in advancing racial equity, community collaboration, and community safety. Previously, Maria served as the Director of Research & Analytics at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where she spearheaded research to promote fairness, transparency, and effectiveness in the justice system, and managed local data-sharing policy and statewide legislative efforts regarding criminal record clearance. Maria started her career as a Policy & Program Analyst for the San Francisco Superior Court, supporting the development and implementation of evidence-based policy and practice across six Collaborative Courts. Maria holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and a master’s degree from the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley.
