Rowneé Winn is a Deputy Probation Officer III with the Alameda County Probation Department, bringing more than 20 years of experience in community corrections, organizational development, and public service. In her current role with the Best Practices & Innovative Strategies Unit, she supports department-wide initiatives focused on evidence-based practices, staff development, leadership, and organizational change. Rowneé played an active role in Alameda County Probation’s inclusive strategic planning process, helping coordinate and facilitate town halls, engage stakeholders, and translate diverse perspectives into the department’s Vision 2030 strategic direction. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator in Motivational Interviewing, evidence-based practices, leadership development, and other professional development initiatives. Rowneé holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, East Bay, and brings a practical, people-centered approach to creating organizational change through engagement, collaboration, and shared ownership.
