Stephanie Duriez, PhD, is a researcher and public policy professional with more than a decade of experience improving the effectiveness of criminal justice systems at the local and state levels. She specializes in mixed-methods research, building community partnerships, and advocating for administrative and legislative policy change. Her work aims to improve outcomes for communities and individuals, reduce costs for local and state governments, and strengthen service delivery across sectors. As a Consulting Manager at RDA, Dr. Duriez leads and supports projects spanning community health and the criminal legal system. Her evaluations focus on programs serving children and youth, justice-involved young people, adults returning from incarceration, and people with mental and behavioral health needs.
