This course will provide a foundation in calculating credits (both actual and conduct) to time served pre-sentence, as a condition of a grant of probation, and post-sentence. Discuss statutory and case law, delve into the application of credits: 1170(h), mandatory supervision revocations, PRCS revocations, and new laws on the horizon.
